With Dayasiri, Sumathipala doubled the domestic clubs for voting purpose, and this decision has been proven fatal for the game in the Island, as the quality of the game is suffered big time.
When, Faizer Mustapha meets Sumathipala on Thursday to outline the future of the game, he must keep all these points in his mind. The political career of Dayasiri aborted midway through, largely due to his incompetence to bring back Sri Lanka Cricket on track in order to safeguarding Sumathipala Led administration wrongdoings.
