A renewed journalist from the Pakistan wrote about the incident on his twitter handle.
Surprisingly, it’s not the first time when BCCI took a harsh stance on the Pathan brothers. In February, his elder brother Yusuf Pathan was set to play in the Hongkong t20 blitz in Hongkong. That time too, BCCI Had initially shown no objection to his participation. But he was not granted the Noc at the very last moment, following which he had to cancel his participation from the tournament.
It is a known fact that The BCCI has always had the reserve stance on the participation of the Indian players in the global t20 leagues. Perhaps, the solitary reason is to preserve the standard of their million dollars IPL.
