Kumara Halabagey was elected as Galle District Cricket Association (GDCA) president. The election was held last week, Cricket Age reliably learns.
Along with Halabagey, Mahesh Sanjewa and Charles Silva were also elected as secretary and Vice President of the GDCA.
In October last year, Charles Silva had secured a thumping victory in Galle Cricket Club (GCC) AGM, replacing Kumar Samarasinghe as president!
