Kusal Perera to Miss India Shorter formats Series

Sri Lanka dashing left-handed batsman Kusal Perera is set to miss shorter formats series against India, due to another injury, Cricket Age learns.

According to sources, Perera suffered a cut injury in his hand, after returning from the Bangladesh.

Perera hasn’t played for Sri Lanka since the Champions trophy, when he picked a hamstring injury during the match against India.

Though, he fully recovered from the injury, and recently returned to competitive cricket. He even participated in the Bangladesh premier league (BPL) for the Rangpur Riders.

Sri Lanka to play three ODIs and three T20s against India. The first ODI will be played on 10th December at Dharamsala, while second and third match will take place on 13th and 17th December.
