SLC President Shammi Silva to attend ACC meeting in Singapore

Shammi Silva, the president of Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC) is scheduled to attend Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meeting, to be held in Singapore today.

“The honorable president will attend ACC board meetings today and tomorrow and then will fly to London for World Cup” a top SLC official told Cricket Age.

Apart from Shammi, SLC CEO Ashley De Silva and treasurer Lasantha Wickramsingha are also in Singapore, to attend finance and marketing committee meeting and CEO’s meeting respectively.

Cricket Age learns that SLC secretary Mohan De Silva was also scheduled to attend ACC meeting, however he had to skip it due to his sudden Australia visit.

Sri Lanka to begin their World Cup campaign against New Zealand on June 1, 2019.
