Former New Zealand cricketer and coach James Franklin is set to replace Dale Steyn as the bowling coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad. It will be the first coaching stint for Franklin who had represented Mumbai Indians in the 2011 & 2012 editions of the tournament. The former left-arm quick will join fellow New Zealander, Daniel Vettori who was appointed the head of the team last year.

The duo of Franklin and Vettori has previously worked together for Middlesex in county cricket and Birmingham Phoenix, at the Hundred.
