India’s left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh has been rewarded for his consistent performances in the T20 World Cup 2022 with a career-best 23rd spot in the latest ICC T20I rankings for bowlers on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old has been one of the reasons why India is currently in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup in Australia and, with 10 wickets to his name, the left-arm pacer is the Indian team’s leading wicket-taker in the tournament.

Now, Singh has been rewarded for his consistent performances in the tournament with a career-best ranking of 23. The list is currently led by Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga after the latest update. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is India’s highest-ranked bowler in the rankings after being placed in 12th spot.

Ravichandran Ashwin, with a ranking of 13, is the second-highest Indian bowler in the new rankings.
