Eoin Morgan ruled out of third ODI against the Netherlands

England white-ball captain Eoin Morgan has been ruled out of the third and final ODI against the Netherlands as a precautionary measure due to a minor groin injury. Jos Buttler will lead England later on Wednesday as they look to build on two comfortable victories and wrap up a 3-0 series win in Amstelveen.

Morgan bagged two consecutive ducks in the first two matches, which has raised question marks over his future as ODI captain. England are heading into the final ODI after wrapping up the series with two convincing wins and will be eyeing another clean sweep.

The depth of this English squad is genuinely frightening, who haven’t even remotely missed some of their regulars like Joe Root, Ben Stokes, and Jonny Bairstow, who are currently part of the Test setup.

England (Playing XI): Jason Roy, Philip Salt, Dawid Malan, Jos Buttler(w/c), Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali, Sam Curran, David Willey, Adil Rashid, Brydon Carse, David Payne
