Team India Test opener Mayank Agrawal was lauded by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for showcasing fitness goals tips from home as the entire nation embraces self-quarantine measures in order to contain the Coronavirus pandemic. From malls, cinema halls, nightclubs to spas, gym and swimming pools, the government have planned to shut down such premises to take preventive measures in the aftermath of the virus. India is also preparing for a complete lockdown due to the spike in the coronavirus cases.

In the aftermath of the pandemic, Indian opener Agarwal opted to spread the awareness about the Covid-19 and gave some serious fitness goals that can be achieved while staying at home.  From #HandwashChallenge to #StayAtHome campaigns, the sports fraternity across the globe is busy highlighting the importance of staying at home amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Joining the bandwagon on Sunday, Agarwal shared a series of workout posts to earn praise from the apex cricket board in India. “#TeamIndia opener @mayankcricket giving us fitness goals from home,” the BCCI said in a tweet with series of photos featuring the Indian star opener.
