SLC names Kent RO as ‘principal Sponsor’ and MAS Holdings as ‘Clothing Sponsor’ for World Cup

The Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC) on Friday announced Kent RO Systems Limited of India and MAS Holdings of Sri Lanka to partner ‘Sri Lanka’s Cricket World Cup Campaign’, during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, which will be held in UK and Wales from May 30 to July 14, 2019.

Kent RO Systems Limited of India, a leader in the RO Water Purifier category joins in as the ‘National Team Principal Sponsor’, while MAS Holdings, one of the largest apparel and textile manufacturers in South Asia, joins in as the ‘Clothing Partner’ to support Sri Lanka’s Cricket World Cup Campaign.

This is the first time, Kent RO Systems, which pioneered the introduction of the revolutionary Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology to India and also the largest manufacturer of water purifiers in India is partnering Sri Lanka Cricket in its forward journey.

Speaking on the engagement Sri Lanka Cricket has formed with its newest partner Mr. Shammi Silva, President of Sri Lanka Cricket said, “We are happy to announce our tie up with Kent, which is the newest partner of Sri Lanka Cricket. We would like to thank Kent, a leader in its own sphere of business for coming forward to strengthen Sri Lanka’s Cricket World Cup Campaign.’’

Sri Lanka will kick start its World Cup Campaign on the 1st June, 2019, facing New Zealand at the Cardiff Wales Stadium in Cardiff.
