“It was decided that the contract of the following consultants be extended for a further period of one year on the same terms and conditions

MS. Apsari Singhabahu Tillakaratne – Extended for one year with effect from 8th June 2018” The Document reads.

Sri Lanka Women’s Cricket Team has been on ventilator since last one year. The team has continually been loosing matches, as new players aren’t coming through the ranks. Even though Sumathipala spent millions on the development of the Women’s cricket in outstations, it only proved a “Money wasting” Exercise. Recently, Sri Lanka Women’s Team hit all time low, when Thiland, an associate cricket playing nation, defeated them during the recently concluded Asia Cup. For the Asia Cup, selectors mysteriously dropped Shripali Weerakoody, one of the most important pillar of women’s Team.
