Sri Lanka selectors have added Spinners Seekuge Prasanna and Jeffery Vendersay in the 15 squad for solitary t20 against India on 6th September.
fast bowler Vikum Sanjaya have also been added in the squad, rectified by Sports Minister. As Cricket Age confirmed two days ago, hard-hitting allrounder Dasun Shanaka has also been added into squad.
Shanaka has been in form of his life in last six months. He smashed some sparkling knocks during the super provincial tournament and carried the form in Singapore t20 blitz as well, where he scored his runs with a strike rate of more than 200.
The names of Danushka Gunathilika and Kusal Perera were not considered due to injuries, while Young Kusal Mendis has been rested, as he had been playing non stop cricket in all three formats since his debut.
The solitary t20 will be played on 6th September at R. Premdasa Stadium, Colombo.
