Breaking! Upul Tharanga declares himself unavailable for Pakistan tests

Sri Lanka shorter formats captain Upul Tharanga has declared himself unavailable for the Pakistan Tests, saying he wants to concentrate on white ball for the next few months Cricket Age has reliably learnt.

This probably means he won’t available for the selection for test series against India as well, in the end of the year.

Tharanga had played test series against India as he opened the innings, but couldn’t make impact.
