As Sri Lanka cricket is in shambles, the continues injuries to star players making life more difficult for the team!

As, the team already weakened with the absence of Impact players like Kusal Perera, Asela Gunaratne, Dhammika Prasad, Now Dinesh Chandimal also joined them, with a hairline fracture in his thumb, as he also ruled out of the ongoing ODI series against India.

Dhammika Prasad, the fast bowler, who dismantled England in their home soil in 2015, in the Sri Lanka one of the most fascinating overseas test series win, has been injured since than and no one knows when he will be fit to play again! Dhammika Prasad injury is one the biggest mystery in Sri Lanka cricket!

Kusal Perera, the dashing left-hander, who could win match single handedly, has been injured since champions trophy, as he sustained hamstring injury during match against India. At that time, Perera was on the top of his game, even playing match winning knocks as a middle order batsman!

Asela Gunaratne, The most dependable match winning player in last one year, broke his hand during the first test against India in Galle.

Sri Lanka best fast bowlers in last two years Nuwan Pradeep and Suranga Lakmal are also out of the team due to injuries!

Now, during the ongoing ODI series Danushka Gunathilika and Dinesh Chandimal also joined the list!

Gunathilika was in blistering form in last few months, and Dinesh Chandimal had come back into the ODI team just yesterday, after being ignored for Zimbabwe series.

Now, Sri Lanka have seven injured players, who are the integral part of the team.

Million dollar question is who is responsible for this mess up? What are the physio and trainers are doing in the team? Sadly, Thilanga Sumathipala and Co. have no time to solve this puzzle!
