He is the most successful bowler in the history of cash-rich IPL, and that man – Lasith Malinga is going to play his 100th game of the tournament today, against Suriseres Hyderabad.

The Team India’s captain Virat Kohli and Malinga are the only two players, who played all their cricket just for one team, in the history of the IPL so far.

But, Malinga’s charismatic journey in the IPL is more extravagant than Kohli. Mumbai Indians is not only most expensive team in the IPL history, but the most popular also. And more than all these, MI is the team, with some of the biggest cricketers of the game. God Sachin Tendulkar graced mumbai Indians until his retirement. Sanath Jayasuriya was there for years to terrorize all the bowlers. Rohit Sharma, the only player in the universe with two ODI double centuries is now captain’s the team.

All came and gone, but Lasith Malinga is still there. At 33, and after playing ten years for them, he still is the best bowler of MI, a ultimate match winner, and an inspiration to youngesers.

So, it’s time to celebrate the 100th IPL game of a champion, who always gives his best for team.
